The team has been doing some really great work on the shower. From my previous construction update, you could get a general idea of the shower layout. But now with the tiles and details coming into place, I can envision the finish line and the joy of showering in my own apartment once again!
Before any more work can be done. The all-important waterproofing process must be completed. Not the most pleasant thing to look at, but it'll get covered up soon enough Now the tiles are carefully (and I do mean CAREFULLY) arranged and potential begins to show. We did have some issues with the saw used to cut these tiles, but let's skip past that and just appreciate the progress. More tiles in place and the backdrop of the shelf is installed. Pretty good selection of tiles if I do say so myself.
The shower isn't just for show, but also functionality. New shelf installed by the window and beginning of the shower bench construction.
