After Collaborating with renowned Architect Stephen A. Magliocco, AY Interiors worked long-distance with the client in Michigan and architect in Massachusetts. Curating the art collection and entertaining for 20 was top on the client's wish list.

Shelter Island, NY

Before:  1970's Scandinavian style home with cedar planking everywhere and genuine "kiddy pool" in the back yard.
After: A shingle style cottage with twice the square footage capitalizing on the spectacular views of Menantic Bay. Vermont slate brought by boat and dry set for the fireplace and terraces.  Deer proofing foilage and plantings for all seasons.

Classically built prewar residence. Honoring the architectural details with lighting and a mixture of antiques and contemporary furnishings.

Duchess County

Built in 1850's, this 16,000 square foot Georgian Manor in the Hudson River Valley was restored and refurbished.  Seven bedrooms & 8.3 bathrooms. A Greek inspired pool house with an infinity pool were added in 2000.

New York City, Studio Apartment

Cozy and spacious, this studio apartment has a king size bed and a multi purpose desk/ dining area. Architectural detailing was added to create the scale for clients traditional furnishings.

Fifth Avenue residence was doubled in size when client purchased the apartment next door. Cherry wood paneled library/dining room with pull out easels for the client's art collection. Art Nouveau furnishings and custom etched glass door details.

European clients desire classically designed condo. A blank canvas upon which the historic beauty of English and French architecture was created.

Park Avenue Duplex, New York City

Waking up to the NYC skyline with a garden terrace, this apartment was designed to be welcoming and optimize storage. The first floor is open for large gatherings and the upstairs is spacious and relaxed for quiet moments.
