The Vision!
Relaxing in a new Whirlpool Bath with dichroic color filters (setting the mood) with tub jets going full tilt. Sipping on a glass of wine and Mr. Coco Puff (a 10 year Siamese rescue) looks on in awe!
The Reality!
A standard tub is 60" long and unfortunately will not fit along my 54" wall! What is a designer to do? Well, of course, tear down a wall or maybe two, to enlarge the space to 60". Regrettably, NYC coops do not like it when you rearrange the plumbing in the common walls...neither would my neighbors!
So, I will have in my new dream bath: a deluxe shower with body sprays, a handshower and a lovely bench to relax on. Plenty of niche space to add that choice bottle of mineral water and of course, Mr. Coco Puff looking on in awe!
