Each project is unique and your project whether being a small apartment in NYC or a 5 bedroom house being built from the ground up might require all or only some of the following services.
Services are tailored to your scope of work and project requirements.

AY Interior Design services include the following:

  • Client meeting and Design assessment
  • Survey and measure existing conditions
  • Design planning and development
  • Design Drawings- plans and elevations including details and furniture designs
  • Construction Drawings for bids
  • Coordinate Consultants including filing expediters and sub contractors
  • Fabric, Paint, Furniture and Finish selections. Shopping
  • Supervision of Construction
  • Supervision of Decoration and Painting
  • Installation of Project: Coordinate Movers, Art installers and all Deliveries

  • Available on a hourly basis to select paints and those hard to find furnishings.
  • Working together we can layout rooms and organize a shopping list.
